More from this Project

Bricking It needed more than a basic podcast website – they needed a community hub. With three hosts running separate YouTube channels, a growing listener base hungry for Universal Studios UK updates, and ambitions to attract sponsors, the existing approach of scattered social media posts wasn't cutting it. They needed a central platform that could aggregate content from multiple channels, provide a professional face for sponsor outreach, and create a destination that keeps listeners engaged between episodes.
We engineered a high-engagement platform that moves away from template podcast sites to a feature-rich community hub. The site acts as a central nervous system for the brand, featuring a dynamic 'Latest from Our Channels' carousel that pulls in video content from the hosts' individual YouTube channels. We built a dedicated 'Ask a Question' feature allowing listeners to submit theories and queries directly through the site, bridging the gap between creators and audience. A clear 'Become a Sponsor' pathway positions the podcast as a professional commercial entity. Individual host profile sections build E-E-A-T by linking to their specific platforms and expert backgrounds. Each episode has a dedicated landing page with show notes providing keyword-rich content for SEO. We implemented Podcast Schema markup for Google Search rich snippets and optimised Core Web Vitals for sub-second loading times.
The result is a sleek, professional platform that transforms Bricking It from a hobbyist podcast into a media brand. The site serves as both a listener destination and a sponsor conversion tool. The multi-channel integration keeps the homepage fresh with daily content updates. The show notes architecture has begun ranking for Universal Studios UK related searches. Most importantly, the hosts now have a digital home that matches the scale and professionalism of the story they're covering – the most anticipated theme park development in British history.
