How long does a typical project take?
Launch Sites typically take 4-5 weeks, Flagship sites 6-8 weeks, and Growth Platforms 8-12 weeks. These timelines assume timely feedback from your side. We'll give you a detailed timeline during the discovery process.
What do you need from me to get started?
Just your time for an initial discovery call. From there, we'll guide you through everything – content requirements, brand assets, imagery, and any specific functionality needs. We make the process as painless as possible.
Do you write the content or do I need to provide it?
Content can go either way. Many clients prefer to provide their own copy, which works well for specialists who know their field intimately. We also offer copywriting as an add-on service if you'd prefer us to handle it.
What happens after the site launches?
Every package includes post-launch support (30-90 days depending on tier). After that, we offer flexible maintenance retainers. Your site won't be left to gather dust – we're here for the long term.
Can I update the site myself after it's built?
For Launch and Flagship sites, we'll train you on making basic text and image updates. Growth Platform clients get a full CMS that makes updating content easy. For bigger changes, we're always here to help.
What technology do you use?

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We typically work with a 40% deposit to begin, 30% at design approval, and 30% at launch. For larger projects, we can discuss alternative arrangements that work for your cash flow.

Our packages are starting points. We're happy to customise scope and pricing for specific requirements. E-commerce, membership areas, custom integrations – if you need it, we can build it.
