Los Webos provides bespoke web design and development services for private medical specialists and SMEs. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Website design and development
  • UX/UI design
  • Content management system implementation
  • SEO setup and optimisation
  • Website maintenance and support

3. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:

  • Infringe the rights of others
  • Restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the website
  • Introduce malicious software or attempt to gain unauthorised access
  • Use automated systems to scrape or extract data

4. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Los Webos or our licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Client Work

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final website deliverables as specified in individual project agreements. Los Webos retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Project Agreements

Individual project work is governed by separate project agreements or proposals that outline:

  • Scope of work and deliverables
  • Timeline and milestones
  • Payment terms and schedule
  • Revision policies
  • Ownership and licensing

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a project agreement, the project agreement shall prevail.

6. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, our standard payment terms are:

  • 40% deposit to commence work
  • 30% upon design approval
  • 30% upon project completion, prior to launch

All prices are quoted in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable. Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Los Webos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

While we strive to provide high-quality services, we make no warranties or representations about:

  • Specific results or outcomes from our services
  • Uninterrupted or error-free website operation
  • Compatibility with all browsers or devices
  • Third-party service availability or performance

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

  • Client shall pay for all work completed to date
  • Los Webos shall provide all completed deliverables upon payment
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
